Ryan and his crew, Erica and Johnny, were quick to address my needs and perform my service request in a prompt and professional manner. I appreciate their service ethic and this service department keeps my vehicle in top mechanical shape.

Came in for an oil change and data update for a ZR2. Also for a check on the 6.2 engine since there is a bulletin out. When I asked the service about what is going to happen with the engine they acted like nothing has been said and tried to tell me that the data update was to help the engine but I know the update was for the instrument system. When the oil change was completed went to get my truck they told me there was a charge, I said I should have 2 free oil changes left. That’s what I was told the last time and no mention of an expiration date. I tried explaining this to the service manger and there’s no way I could use those oil changes in a short period of time as I don’t drive much. I only have 19,000 miles and have had the truck close to 2 1/2 years. I did ask that I spent $72,000 on a truck and you can’t at least get one more oil change? I will no longer be a customer of Hometown, I took the truck to Coughlin’s for the data update and they were great on explaining the engine recall and options.

He was a great person to do business with. Tony was also amazing helping us with the financing and was very willing to answer any questions until we understood everything and felt comfortable. Both of them were very down to earth and easy to work with.

Always friendly

I had my 6.2 l truck brought in about the recall for loss of propulsion and I was told there is no fix currently, which differs from the recall notice which states that it would be inspected and if no issues found I would be given oil change with new oil weight and new filler cap stating new oil weight and extended warranty on motor. none of these were done so I would like a reply about this. my other 2 recalls were fixed and work as they should, thank you
